The NI PXI-5402 is a 14-bit arbitrary function generator module delivering up to 20 MS/s sample rate for precise waveform synthesis in PXI-based test systems. It generates sine, square, triangle, ramp, noise, DC, and arbitrary waveforms with 64 MSamples onboard memory, programmable output from 10 mVpp to 5 Vpp into 50 Ω, and DC offset capability from -2.5 V to +2.5 V. Output settling completes in less than 50 ns, with <0.5 dB flatness to 20 MHz on sine waves and SFDR exceeding 70 dBc at 1 MHz.
