The OMRON G700-EMD32 is a discontinued Remote I/O Terminal that bridges communication between a master controller and distributed I/O devices in industrial automation networks. This mixed input/output module features 2-channel NPN inputs (+ common) and 2-channel NPN outputs (– common), operating at 24 VDC. It connects via shielded twisted-pair cable to a Remote I/O Master Unit, supporting transmission distances up to 500 m across wired multi-drop topology with up to 32 nodes per master unit.
