The PTS 620 is a direct synthesis frequency synthesizer delivering stable, spectrally pure signals across 1 MHz to 620 MHz for precision test, calibration, and development applications. Output spans +3 dBm to +13 dBm into 50 Ω with ±0.5 dB flatness and manual or remote control via BCD, GPIB, or front-panel dials.
