The Qualmark OVS4.0 (OVS-4) is a combined HASS/HALT system that identifies design and manufacturing flaws in electronic products through extreme thermal cycling and vibration stress. Operating from −100°C to +200°C (extendable to +250°C), the chamber delivers thermal ramp rates up to 60°C per minute. Its patented Omni-Axial™ six-degree-of-freedom repetitive-shock vibration technology operates across 2 Hz to 5 kHz with typical acceleration of 5–75 gRMS on the bare table, exceeding 100 gRMS on special order. The 48″ × 48″ vibration table supports 600 lbs load capacity with optional higher ratings. Electric heating with LN2 vacuum-jacketed cooling ensures tight temperature control. The Qualmark Integrated Control System runs OVS Manager Software v. 2.20 on Windows with Labview-based operation and PLC controls. Four independent programmable channels manage temperature and humidity with redundant Honeywell and Omega controllers, High/Low alarms, and key-lock security. Stainless steel insulated cabinet with protective mesh and dust filtration. Requires 480 V, 3 Phase, 60 Hz, 150 A (multiple voltage/frequency options available).
