The Tektronix DSA8300 Digital Serial Analyzer is an Equivalent Time Sampling Oscilloscope engineered for high-fidelity measurement and analysis of communications signals, serial data networks, and serial data links. The instrument acquires up to 8 simultaneous channels with a native jitter floor of 425 fs RMS, reducible to <100 fs RMS with the 82A04B Phase Reference module. Its multiprocessor architecture with dedicated per-slot Digital Signal Processors enables fast waveform acquisition and rapid characterization and compliance verification across serial data applications from 155 Mb/s to 100 Gb/s.
