The Rigol DG1062Z is a dual-channel function and arbitrary waveform generator capable of producing signals up to 60 MHz with 14-bit vertical resolution and a 200 MSa/s sampling rate. Built on SiFi (Signal Fidelity) technology, it generates arbitrary waveforms point-by-point while restoring signals with minimal distortion and achieves jitter as low as 200 ps. The instrument supplies two independent channels with amplitude ranges from 1 mVpp to 20 Vpp (high impedance) and supports 160 built-in standard waveforms plus user-defined arbitrary waveforms using up to 8 Mpts of memory (16 Mpts optional).
