The Rigol DHO1202 is a 2-channel digital oscilloscope delivering 200 MHz bandwidth and 12-bit vertical resolution, expandable to 16-bit in high-resolution mode. Built on the UltraVision III platform with a dedicated ASIC chip design, it achieves an ultra-low noise floor of approximately 50 µVrms, enabling precise capture of minute signal variations. The instrument samples at up to 2 GSa/s in real-time and sustains a waveform capture rate of 1,500,000 wfms/s in UltraAcquire mode, making it ideal for transient and fast-event analysis.
A 10.1-inch HD touchscreen (1280 x 800 pixels) provides intuitive interaction and real-time waveform visualization. Standard memory depth of 50 Mpts expands to 100 Mpts with optional upgrade. Vertical sensitivity spans 500 µV/div to 10 V/div, with horizontal timebase from 2 ns/div to 1 ks/div and 400 ps resolution. Rise time (typical) is ≤1.75 ns; timebase accuracy reaches ±5 ppm ±1 ppm/year.
