The Rigol DHO4404 is a 4-channel digital oscilloscope delivering 400 MHz bandwidth and up to 4 GSa/s real-time sampling for advanced signal analysis and circuit debugging. Built on the UltraVision III platform with a dedicated ASIC chip, it achieves true 12-bit vertical resolution—expandable to 16-bit in high-resolution mode—providing 4096 quantization levels and exceptional fidelity for low-level signal measurements. An ultra-low noise floor of 18 µVrms typical and vertical sensitivity from 100 µV/div to 10 V/div enable precise capture of complex waveforms in semiconductor testing, GaN characterization, and other demanding applications.

The 10.1-inch capacitive touch display with 1280 × 800 pixel resolution delivers intuitive navigation via Flex Knobs and gesture controls. Waveform capture reaches 50,000 wfms/s standard operation, scaling to 1,500,000 wfms/s in UltraAcquire mode for transient event detection. Memory depth options span 250 Mpts standard, with 500 Mpts available, supporting extended capture windows.
