It provides four digital inputs and four digital outputs via DeviceNet communication, eliminating the need for separate control enclosures and reducing field wiring complexity. The module accepts 24V DC input and output power, delivering up to 1.0 Amp per sourcing output with self-protection against short circuits. Universal input compatibility supports 3-wire or 4-wire sinking/sourcing sensor configurations (PNP/NPN), with input voltage tolerance from 10V to 25V DC and integrated open-wire and no-load detection. NEMA 4X stainless housing withstands -25°C to +60°C operation. DeviceLogix Smart Component Technology enables local output control and point-level status diagnostics without centralized logic. Sealed M12 connectors isolate I/O and network interfaces; rotary node address switches and AutoBaud detection streamline network setup. DeviceNet supports three fixed data rates: 125 kbps (500 meters), 250 kbps (180 meters), and 500 kbps (100 meters). Status indicators provide real-time feedback via Net/Mod, Logic, Auxiliary Power, and Point LEDs. Compact dimensions (48.26 mm × 68.6 mm × 120 mm) facilitate direct machine integration with minimal footprint. Compatible with KwikLink flat media and standard round DeviceNet cabling. Y-splitter cables (ordered separately) provide I/O terminal access. Auxiliary power input accepts 10V to 30V DC for extended functionality.
