The Rohde & Schwarz HL040E is a log-periodic broadband antenna engineered for EMC testing, field strength measurements, and broadband signal transmission and reception across 400 MHz to 6 GHz. This linearly polarized antenna delivers 5.5 dBi typical gain with exceptional front-to-back rejection exceeding 20 dB from 400 MHz to 4.5 GHz, dropping to greater than 15 dB at higher frequencies. Cross-polarization is maintained below –25 dB. The antenna presents a nominal 50 Ω impedance with VSWR ≤ 2.00:1, ensuring efficient coupling to standard test equipment.
