The Rohde & Schwarz NRP-Z85 is a wideband power sensor for precise RF power measurements across 50 MHz to 40 GHz. It captures pulsed and modulated signals with fast acquisition rates up to 50,000 readings per second and 30 MHz video bandwidth. The sensor delivers sub-nanosecond rise time performance and automatic analysis of 15 critical pulse parameters including width, duty cycle, rise/fall time, and envelope metrics. Statistical functions characterize noise-like signals through CCDF, CDF, and PDF analysis completed in under 25 ms. Measurement uncertainty is less than 1.5% typical.
