The Rohde & Schwarz RT-ZS30 is an active, single-ended probe delivering 0 Hz to 3 GHz bandwidth for precision oscilloscope measurements. Its high 1 MΩ input impedance paired with minimal 0.8 pF input capacitance reduces circuit loading, making it ideal for signal integrity analysis and high-speed digital design. The probe operates at 10:1 attenuation with ±0.5% error and handles maximum input voltages of ±8 V (±12 V with offset compensation). Integrated offset compensation maintains measurement accuracy across temperature variations and extended operational periods. Low input-referenced noise of 2 mV (RMS) supports detection of small signals. The built-in R&S ProbeMeter provides high-precision DC voltage measurement capability. A micro button enables direct oscilloscope control without breaking connection. Propagation delay of 5.5 ns is specified for timing-critical applications.
