The Rohde & Schwarz RTH1014 is a 4-channel handheld digital oscilloscope delivering 100 MHz bandwidth and up to 5 Gsample/s sampling rate in a portable 2.4 kg platform. Built for field technicians and lab engineers, it combines oscilloscope, multimeter, and optional logic analyzer, protocol decoder, and spectrum analysis in one unit. All four analog input channels are isolated, rated to 300 V (600 V CAT IV / 1000 V CAT III with appropriate probes), with 10-bit resolution and 2 mV/div vertical sensitivity.
