Operating from 1 MHz to 12.75 GHz (80 MHz to 12.75 GHz for I/Q-modulated signals), the instrument combines exceptional signal purity with fast settling times via PCIe and Ethernet interfaces. An integrated I/Q modulator enables complex modulation schemes, while optional pulse modulation and baseband bypass mode extend signal generation flexibility. The 50 Ω source impedance and calibrated output power support demanding R&D and production environments requiring precision signal synthesis across wide bandwidth and dynamic range.
