Operating with a fixed 6× multiplication factor, it transforms input signals in the 10 GHz to 15 GHz range into output frequencies spanning 60 GHz to 90 GHz. The device delivers typical output power of +5 dBm at specified input levels of +6.7 dBm to +7.3 dBm, with operational input power tolerance from +6 dBm to +10 dBm. Input impedance is 50 Ω with VSWR below 2, while the waveguide output (WR12) presents VSWR below 1.7. Spurious performance is tightly controlled: harmonics, subharmonics, and in-band spurious components all measure below –20 dBc typical. Level uncertainty ranges from ±1.0 dB at 0 dBm down to ±2.0 dB between –10 dBm and –20 dBm. The multiplier accepts +9 V ± 540 mV DC supply and draws less than 1 A at full capacity.
