The Rohde & Schwarz ZVA-Z325 is an external millimeter-wave converter that extends compatible vector network analyzers into the 220 GHz to 325 GHz frequency band. Operating as a reflectometer module with integrated directional coupler, frequency multiplier, and harmonic mixers, it enables S-parameter and group delay measurements on high-frequency components and systems. The converter connects directly to Rohde & Schwarz ZVA series analyzers via the R&S®ZVA-K8 control software, supporting bidirectional two-port measurements when paired with four-port VNAs and dual converters.
