The Rohde & Schwarz ZVA-Z75 is an external millimeter-wave converter that extends compatible vector network analyzers into the 50 GHz to 75 GHz E-band. This module enables precise characterization of high-frequency components in research, development, and production environments without replacing the host instrument. The converter comprises a reflectometer with directional coupler, frequency multiplier, two harmonic mixers for downconversion, and adjustable output attenuator.
