It delivers exceptional sensitivity with a displayed noise floor of −150 dBm (typ.) in 10 Hz bandwidth and −174 dBm/Hz at room temperature. The instrument provides 169 dB total dynamic range with 105 dB on-screen capability and 115 dB intermodulation-free dynamic range, enabling detection and characterization of weak signals in complex RF environments.

The FSEK30 features adjustable resolution bandwidth from 1 Hz to 10 MHz in 1/2/3/5/10 steps and supports full-span sweep times of 230 ms with quasi-analog refresh at 25 sweeps/s on its 24 cm/9.5″ LC TFT display. A 1 µs zero-span sweep capability and 50 ns sampling rate (20 MHz A/D) enable rapid transient capture and analysis. The third-order intercept point of +20 dBm (typ.) and 1 dB compression point of +10 dBm define its linearity performance for multi-signal environments.
