The Rohde & Schwarz RTA4004 is a 4-channel digital oscilloscope delivering 200 MHz bandwidth and 5 GS/s maximum sampling rate in interleaved mode. Built around a 10-bit ADC with up to 16-bit resolution capability, it captures waveforms with exceptional detail and low noise characteristics across diverse signal integrity applications. The instrument provides 100 Msample per channel in standard mode and 200 Msample in interleaved configuration, enabling extended acquisition windows for transient and complex signal analysis. A 10.1-inch WXGA capacitive touchscreen with intuitive interface streamlines operation and access to analysis tools. The RTA4004 supports protocol-aware triggering and decode for serial buses. Optional modules expand functionality to include logic analysis (16 digital channels), spectrum analysis, waveform generation, and higher bandwidth variants up to 1 GHz.
