The QRS-400T is an environmental stress screening system from Screening Systems, Inc. designed for vibration testing and accelerated life testing (HALT/HASS) of printed circuit boards, small subassemblies, and complete systems. It delivers omni-axial quasi-random vibration excitation across six degrees of freedom with real-time feedback control, enabling rapid identification of latent defects and manufacturing weaknesses in electronic assemblies.
Technical Specifications

• 38 FLA (Full Load Amps)
– Key Features
• Closed-loop vibration control using six-channel accelerometer feedback
• Omni-axial excitation eliminates the need for multiple test orientations
• Frequency spectrum covers 5 Hz to 2 kHz for comprehensive component stimulation
• Threaded insert mounting accommodates standard and metric fastening patterns
• Tabletop configuration for laboratory integration
– Typical Applications
• Highly Accelerated Life Testing (HALT) and Highly Accelerated Stress Screening (HASS)
• Environmental stress screening of PCBs and subassemblies
• Vibration durability qualification and reliability verification
• Manufacturing defect detection and workmanship screening
– Compatibility & Integration
The system accepts product loads via threaded inserts compatible with standard 3/8″-16 or metric M10x1.5 fasteners. Three-phase 480 VAC power is required at 38 FLA. Custom insert patterns are available to accommodate specialized mounting requirements.
