The PRO55-180T5 model delivers 10 kW output with 0–55 VDC at 0–180 A, operating from 480 VAC 3-phase input. Exceptional line regulation of 0.05% and load regulation of 0.1% ensure stable power delivery. Dual operating modes—constant voltage and constant current with automatic crossover—accommodate diverse load conditions. Adjustable overvoltage protection and current limiting provide circuit safeguarding. The unit supports remote sensing to compensate for lead-drop losses, and accepts both analog and digital remote programming. Series and parallel operation capability allows output stacking for higher voltage or current requirements. Front-panel 10-turn potentiometers enable high-resolution manual setting with simultaneous digital readout. Status LEDs indicate over-temperature, remote mode, shutdown, and OVP conditions. External TTL, AC, or DC shutdown triggers are supported. Transient response recovers to ±1% within 40 ms for 50–100% load steps. Operating efficiency reaches 85% at maximum output with nominal AC input. The unit supports rack or floor mounting in a 26.5″ L × 19″ W × 12″ H footprint (306 lbs). Natural convection or forced-air cooling maintains performance across the 0–50°C operating range.
