The Sorrento Networks OFCD (ODC2 ULTRA) is a high-performance optical transponder service card engineered for data center and carrier networks. This single-slot module delivers multi-protocol support across Fibre Channel, Ethernet, and OTU-2 with ultra-low latency suitable for high-frequency trading and synchronous Data Center Interconnect applications. The card provides Layer One AES-256 encryption (NIST DP800-90A compliant) with Diffie-Hellman Key Exchange, multi-stage forward error correction, and optional regeneration for extended optical reach.
