The TEAC FD-235HS is a half-height 3.5-inch micro floppy disk drive with SCSI interface, engineered for dual-density read/write operations on standard 3.5-inch floppy media. This drive delivers 1 MB capacity in Normal Density mode and 2 MB in High Density mode, with data transfer rates of 250 kbits/s (DD) and 500 kbits/s (HD) respectively. A brushless direct-drive motor operating at 300 RPM with 5.3 track/mm (135 TPI) track density ensures reliable, simplified mechanical operation.
