The Abaco Systems PMC676TX is a dual-port Gigabit Ethernet controller in single-slot PMC form factor, delivering two independent 10/100/1000Base-TX ports with RJ-45 connectors for embedded systems requiring high-performance network I/O. Each port features a dedicated DMA engine and 64 Kbyte FIFO buffer, enabling continuous full-bandwidth operation with minimal PCI overhead and deterministic behavior. The Intel 82546 MAC controller supports auto-negotiation, MDI/MDIX switch-over, jumbo frames, and full-duplex operation on both channels.
