The Tektronix 80C01-CR is a 20 GHz optical sampling module engineered for high-speed signal analysis in long-wavelength telecom and datacom systems. This single-channel receiver accepts single-mode fiber inputs across 1100 nm to 1650 nm and integrates Clock Recovery (CR) functionality to support multiple data rates and standards. Install it into any compatible Tektronix 8000 Series mainframe—DSA8200, DSA8300, CSA8000, CSA8200, or TDS8000 family—for waveform conformance testing and general-purpose optical characterization up to 20 GHz bandwidth.
