The Tektronix 80E08B is a remote electrical sampling module that extends compatible oscilloscope capabilities for high-speed signal acquisition and characterization. This dual-channel instrument delivers up to 30 GHz bandwidth with selectable 20 GHz and 30 GHz sampling modes, an 18 ps incident rise time, and 300 µV RMS noise performance. The remote sampler head connects via a 2-meter cable to minimize signal degradation while maintaining 50 ±1.0 Ω input impedance across 2.92 mm (K) connectors.
