Tektronix P6041

The Tektronix P6041 is a high-voltage passive probe designed for use with oscilloscopes. With a 100X attenuation ratio, it reduces the amplitude of the input signal by a factor of 100, allowing oscilloscopes with lower input voltage ranges to measure high-voltage signals safely. The probe has a bandwidth of DC to 100 MHz, enabling it to accurately measure signals with frequency components up to 100 MHz. Its maximum input voltage of 40 kV DC or peak AC makes it suitable for measuring high-voltage signals in a variety of applications, including power electronics, high-voltage power supplies, and CRT displays.
