The Tektronix P6701B is an Optical-to-Electrical (O/E) converter that translates optical signals into electrical signals for analysis on Tektronix oscilloscopes. Designed for optical communication systems and device characterization, it enables optical source analysis, eye pattern testing, and extinction ratio measurement across the 500 nm to 950 nm wavelength band.
