The Tektronix TPS2014B is a 100 MHz, 4-channel digital storage oscilloscope engineered for industrial power design, advanced electronics, and automotive testing. It combines portability with measurement precision, featuring four fully isolated and floating channels with IsolatedChannel™ technology for safe floating measurements. The instrument acquires waveforms at 1 GS/s with 2.5k point record length per channel, delivering 8-bit vertical resolution and ±3% DC vertical accuracy. A color TFT display, battery-powered operation, and intuitive controls enable field and bench use alike.
