The Teledyne LeCroy CP500 is a Hall-effect and transformer-based current probe for AC, DC, and impulse current measurements up to 500 A RMS with 2 MHz bandwidth. Its split-core design clamps onto conductors without circuit interruption, accommodating conductors up to 20 mm diameter. The probe connects via ProBus active interface to Teledyne LeCroy oscilloscopes, delivering integrated power and enabling automatic waveform scaling in Amps, calculated power traces in Watts, and oscilloscope-controlled Degauss and Autozero functions.
