The Wavecrest DTS (Data Timing System) is a high-performance timing analyzer engineered for debug, characterization, and production testing of electronic devices and circuits. It delivers picosecond accuracy with femtosecond resolution across time interval measurement, jitter analysis, frequency analysis, propagation delay, rise/fall time, period, and pulse width measurements. The comparator-based front end with dual comparators per channel enables single-shot time measurements and burst analysis, with Fast Fourier Transform processing to generate jitter spectra in the frequency domain. The DTS separates known jitter components, measures jitter modulation, and predicts long-term timing performance with NIST traceability.
