The Yokogawa AQ1205A is a compact, handheld Optical Time Domain Reflectometer (OTDR) engineered for field installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of single-mode fiber networks. Operating at 1310 nm and 1550 nm, this instrument delivers high dynamic range performance suitable for Passive Optical Network (PON) systems with up to 64-port splitter configurations. The AQ1205A combines core OTDR functionality with optional integrated optical power meter and light source modules, enabling multi-parameter fiber characterization without switching between separate instruments.
