The VMIVME-4145-001 is a four-channel arbitrary waveform generator module designed for VMEbus systems, delivering high-resolution analog signal generation with 16-bit DACs and flexible output voltage programming. Each of the four output channels supports bipolar ranges (±2.5V, ±5V, ±10V) and unipolar ranges (0 to +5V, 0 to +10V), with ±10mA drive capability and 1.5Ω output impedance in online mode.
Technical Specifications

– Key Features
• Per-channel programmable output voltage ranges
• ±10mA drive current across full output range
• 65,536-sample buffer capacity per channel for complex waveform generation
• Dual clock architecture supporting both internal and external timing sources
• Integrated filtering options for output conditioning
– Typical Applications
Test and measurement systems requiring multi-channel signal synthesis, hardware-in-the-loop simulation, and VMEbus-integrated analog stimulus generation.
– Compatibility & Integration
The module integrates into standard VMEbus crate systems and occupies 128KB of addressable memory. Offline mode enables channel output isolation for circuit protection during configuration or maintenance.
