The Agilent/Keysight E1440A is a C-size, two-slot VXI synthesized function and sweep generator delivering precise waveform generation to 21 MHz. This message-based module generates sine, square, triangle, and ramp waveforms with 11-digit frequency resolution and high stability across a range from 1 µHz to 21 MHz (sine) and up to 11 kHz for complex waveforms. The E1440A supports multi-interval sweep and multi-marker modes, amplitude and phase modulation, and programmable relative phase synchronization for multi-phase signal generation when cascaded with companion modules.
