The Advantest R3754B is a vector network analyzer operating from 10 kHz to 150 MHz, delivering high-speed S-parameter measurements with simultaneous dual-device capability. The instrument achieves 127 dB dynamic range at 1 kHz RBW and up to 130 dB typical, with sweep speeds of 50 µs/point at 15 kHz RBW. Two-channel, four-trace architecture enables parallel characterization of two devices with full S11, S21, S12, S22 measurements per port. Frequency accuracy of ±5 ppm (±0.0005%) and resolution to 0.1 Hz support precision RF design validation and component testing across baseband and low-frequency RF domains.
