The AFL Noyes OPM4-4D is a handheld fiber optic power meter for precision optical power measurements and insertion loss testing on singlemode and multimode fiber networks. Field-deployable with rugged construction and backlit LCD display, it serves premises, telecom, broadband, and PON environments. Wave ID automation synchronizes with compatible AFL Noyes OLS light sources to detect and switch wavelengths without manual intervention, eliminating setup errors and accelerating test cycles. The meter detects multiple test tones for fiber identification, stores optical references per calibrated wavelength, and delivers N.I.S.T. traceable measurements.
