The Keysight M9505A is a 5-slot AXIe chassis designed to host modular test instruments in high-performance automated test systems. It combines AXIe 1.0 compliance with a compact 4U form factor, delivering 200 W cooling capacity per slot and front-accessible maintenance without module removal. The integrated Embedded System Module (ESM) manages chassis functions and provides external clock, trigger, and inter-chassis synchronization connectivity, while dedicated PCIe and Gigabit LAN interfaces enable high-speed instrument communication and external system control.
