The Agilent/Keysight 6035A is a 1064 W autoranging DC power supply engineered for high-voltage, precision test applications. Single output delivers 0–500 V and 0–5 A across three autoranging configurations: 500 V/2 A, 350 V/3 A, and 200 V/5 A. Voltage programming accuracy of ±0.25% + 400 mV and current accuracy of ±0.3% + 63 mA enable demanding ATE environments. The unit features analog and resistance control (0–5 V or 0–4 kΩ input), remote sensing with up to 2 V lead drop tolerance, and built-in measurement readback.
