The Agilent/Keysight 70138A is a dual-channel vector voltmeter module for the 70000 Modular Measurement System (MMS). This high-sensitivity receiver measures CW signals, voltage magnitude, phase angle, and ratio data between two input channels. The module supports transmission and reflection measurements, network analysis procedures, and impedance/phase matching—making it suitable for RF assembly design, manufacturing, and field service. Now obsolete, limited self-support resources may remain available through Keysight.
Technical Specifications
The 70138A operates in two configurable input modes:
• High Impedance Probe Configuration: Two high impedance probe inputs; 100 kHz to 1 GHz frequency range
• Type-N Connector Configuration: Two 50-ohm Type-N inputs; 300 kHz to 2 GHz frequency range
Measurement outputs include normalized magnitude and phase angle, real and imaginary signal components, and voltage or power in linear or logarithmic units.
