The Agilent/Keysight 8473D is a precision RF detector engineered for accurate power measurements across microwave and millimeter-wave frequencies. Built on Planar-Doped Barrier (PDB) diode technology in gallium arsenide, the detector combines point-contact and low-barrier Schottky diode benefits to deliver superior broadband flatness, square-law response, and low SWR.
