The Keysight DSO80304B is a 3 GHz Infiniium Series oscilloscope engineered for high-fidelity signal integrity analysis across telecommunications, semiconductor testing, and advanced research applications. This four-channel instrument delivers up to 40 GSa/s sampling with configurable memory depths reaching 64 Mpts, coupled with sub-500 fs trigger jitter and a 161 µV noise floor at 5 mV/div sensitivity. The 8.4-inch XGA touch-screen display renders 256 intensity levels for intuitive waveform analysis at acquisition rates up to 4800 waveforms/sec.
