The Keysight DSO90604A Infiniium is a 6 GHz high-performance oscilloscope engineered for precision signal analysis in research, development, and test environments. This four-channel instrument delivers 20 GSa/s sampling in 4-channel mode and 40 GSa/s in 2-channel mode, with configurable memory depth up to 1 Gpts per channel. The DSO90604A captures complex high-frequency signals with 540 ps rise time and 8-bit vertical resolution, expandable to greater than 12 bits through averaging.
