The Keysight DSOX4022A is a 2-channel digital storage oscilloscope delivering 200 MHz bandwidth and real-time acquisition across all channels. Part of the InfiniiVision 4000 X-Series, this instrument combines high-speed sampling at 5 GSa/s (interleaved) or 2.5 GSa/s per channel with a 12.1-inch capacitive touch display for intuitive signal analysis.
