The E5850A connects Agilent/Keysight 548XX series Infiniium oscilloscopes with 16700-series or 1680/90-series logic analysis systems via LAN. Required software versions: Infiniium models 54810A, 54815A, 54820A, 54825A, 54835A, 54845A, 54856A require A.02.20.00 or higher; models 54830B/54831B require A.02.50.00 or higher; model 54832B requires A.01.00 or higher. Logic analysis systems require version 1.40 or later. Compatible logic analyzer modules include 1655X and 167XX series.
