The Agilent/Keysight E7350A is a single sweep network analyzer system engineered for broadband device characterization to 110 GHz. Built on the Keysight 8510C platform, the E7350A delivers enhanced frequency coverage, dynamic range, and measurement accuracy across coaxial (1.0 mm) and on-wafer test configurations. The system performs calibrated measurements in a single sweep, supporting RF performance analysis, protocol verification, AC/DC parameter measurement, phase analysis, harmonic distortion, and phase noise characterization of frequency-translating devices.
