The Keysight L2066XT is a LAN-connected thermal vacuum power sensor for precision peak and average power measurement across 10 MHz to 54 GHz. Engineered for aerospace, satellite, and demanding RF test environments, it delivers -70 dBm to +20 dBm continuous average power measurement (10 MHz to 50 GHz) with greater than 90 dB dynamic range. The sensor captures up to 50,000 readings per second in fast/buffer/average mode, supports real-time single-shot sampling at 20 Msamples/sec, and stores 1M samples in onboard memory. A 4-path diode stack design with parallel data acquisition ensures seamless range transitions and high repeatability across measurements.
