The Keysight M9415A is a PXIe vector transceiver that combines signal generation and analysis in a single 3-slot module. Operating from 380 MHz to 6, 8, or 12 GHz, it delivers 1.2 GHz of instantaneous bandwidth for both baseband generation and RF analysis. The module supports W-CDMA/HSPA+, 5G NR, WLAN, LTE (TDD/FDD), GNSS, and custom modulation standards. Output power reaches >+20 dBm with amplitude accuracy of ±0.5 dB on both signal paths. Phase noise measures <-130 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset (1 GHz). The analyzer achieves -154 dBm/Hz or -167 dBm/Hz DANL at 1 GHz, with EVM performance <0.3% on 100 MHz bandwidth OFDM signals. Tuning time is <50 µs, and baseband generator memory stores 512 MSa. Harmonic suppression reaches <-30 dBc or <-43 dBc at 1 GHz; non-harmonic content measures <-60 dBc or +20 dBm at 1 GHz; full range -120 dBm to +20 dBm
