The Keysight M9800A is a PXIe Vector Network Analyzer module delivering RF characterization across 9 kHz to 4.5 GHz. This modular instrument configures as a 2-, 4-, or 6-port VNA and cascades with other M980xA series modules to build multi-port systems supporting up to 50 ports within a single PXIe chassis.
