The Keysight M9802A is a PXIe Vector Network Analyzer module delivering high-performance RF and microwave characterization from 9 kHz to 9 GHz. Available in 2-, 4-, or 6-port configurations, it enables true multiport measurements with simultaneous acquisition across multiple test ports. The modular architecture supports cascading within a single PXIe chassis to achieve up to 50 ports for complex multiport test scenarios. Each module connects via 3.5 mm (f) connectors and operates within a PXIe chassis paired with a compatible controller—either an embedded M9037A processor or external PC via PCIe host adapter.

– Compatibility & Integration
The M9802A requires a PXIe chassis (M9010A 10-slot or M9018B/M9019A 18-slot) and controller. Embedded control via the M9037A (Intel i7-4700EQ quad-core, up to 16 GB RAM) or external desktop PC with PCIe host adapters (M9048B or M9049A). Integrated software tools support spectrum analysis, pulsed RF, and enhanced TDR functionality.
