Equipment info

The Keysight MSO9064A is a 600 MHz mixed-signal oscilloscope that integrates oscilloscope, logic analyzer, and protocol analyzer functionality into a single instrument. With 4 analog channels and 16 digital channels, it delivers 5 GSa/s sampling on all analog inputs (10 GSa/s in 2-channel mode) and 2 GSa/s on digital channels. The instrument supports up to 500 Mpts memory per analog channel and 128 Mpts on digital channels, enabling extended capture windows for complex signal analysis. A 15-inch XGA display and advanced triggering capabilities including edge, glitch, runt, pattern, state, pulse width, setup and hold, and serial triggering make it suitable for debugging and validation of modern digital and mixed-signal designs.
